Hello everyone, thank you for stopping by my web page!  My name is Rine Strohecker and I am one of the Kindergarten teachers at Brandywine Heights Elementary School!

I was born and raised in Pottstown, where I still currently live.   I attended Kutztown University and I graduated in 2010.  I majored in Elementary Education and a concentration in Reading and English.   I have also received my Masters of Education with a certification in Special Education from Cabrini University.
My hobbies include exercising, riding my bicycle, going to the beach, reading and spending time with my friends and family.  I also love spending time with my dog, Tonka!
I am currently entering my seventh year of teaching.  This will be my third year in the Brandywine Heights Area School District and I could not be more excited to be a part of this great team and community!  I enjoy working with children and watching how much they learn and grow every day!  We are already off to an amazing start this year and look forward to working with everyone!
“To me there are three things everyone should do every day.  Number one is laugh.  Number two is think — spend some time in thought.  Number three, you should have your emotions move you to tears.  If you laugh, think and cry, that’s a heck of a day.”
